What is happening to the world?

The girls that are getting pregnant are getting younger and younger. It used to be like 19 or 18 but now its like my age 13, I don't understand how this all happened. Is being a 13 year old pregnant girl begging to be normal? and I subscribed to a tyra newsletter and I read that there will be an episode about a prostitute at 13. and its not just pregnancy, I see children was younger than me smoking and drinking. I smoked once and I felt guilty and told my mom and she said it was ok to smoke only socially. so tell me what is happening to the world?
