Can anybody tell me where in the Constitution it say to take my wages and give to democrat voters?

where in the constitution does it say that democrats can take 300 dollars of my money every week,federal taxs,ssi,medicaid, to give to democrat voters i.e. welfare where in the constitution is it written, i have looked and could not find where in the constitution it says i am responsible for the support of democrat voters,i could not find a ssi tax`s clause,a medicaid clause,fed tax`s clause,i found the part that say`s no taxation without representation,well if i do not vote democrat how can they take my money to give to their voters if i did not vote for them to represent me, am i wrong if i do not vote democrat why are they taking my money to support their voters?
