Is my team ready for the elite 4? (diamond)?

If there's not a specific reason for you to want to beat the Elite Four on your first shot then I'd say go for it, because if you go for it, then the first Trainer ( which has Bug Pokemon and they're easy to beat ) is going to give you experience enough and you'll just keep leveling up so do it!
