I want to make a Puffy Skirt.... Not a Tutu just a long nice puffy skirt?

Try searching that on craftster.org,(just type in puffy skirt in the upper right hand serach box) im sure they'll have something that would be helpful.They have a whole clothes section, and a lot of the post have tutiorals. =]
