Nancy Pelosi v. Bush?

On the news I've recently seen that President Bush and Nancy Pelosi's are at different ends of the oil drilling. And I've also seen that they both taking shots at each other. Which I find ridiculous because it shows unprofessionalism in both. And she stated that Congress is having to pick up the mess that Bush created. Do you think this is accurate? Or do you think that the executive branch and the legislative branch can come to an agreement?
