To Dewman regarding Pens Vs flyers game 12/11?

Yes, I watched the game! I have been watching hockey for over 30 years. Picking on Crosby was not the question. At 19, besides Wayne, who elso could win a scoring title at 19 years old? How about the offsides on the Flyers' 3rd goal? Where was the linesmen? What about Rutuu getting mauled trying to score? Where ere the refs then? I agree the game got out of hand in the third period, but the officiating had a lot to do with that. When Roberts got a high sticking penalty in the first period because a Flyer ran into his stick while Roberts was checking another player and the stick was not above the shoulder. How is that a consistent call? My point is if you call an uneven game, you get what happened in the third period. An eyesore for the game!
