Would a hysterectomy help with PCOS symptoms?

I have PCOS and am being treated with metformin and spironolactone. I have recently also been diagnosed with SGIL. I have had a LEEP procedure and now my 3 month check-up shows and abnormal PAP. If I were to go the route of hysterectomy would this help with my PCOS symptoms?
