So not exactly what youd call a dilemma, but more of an obstacle.?

So theres this girl right. Shes gorgeous, down to earth, love to hang out with her, just all around awesome. I love the girl to death, but we've always been good friends since last semester while i was pledging my fraternity, and before that we went out and partied alot together. We've gone to the beach with friends and she'll walk up and subtly slip her hand into mine. She always hugs me, kisses me on the cheek, stand with her arms around me and hold me tight, that kinda thing. I never really investigated till recently. I got to drinking and mentioned it to her best friend. I asked if she thought it could fly between us, and due to alcohol, didnt get much in the way of an answer besides a half nod and "well she thinks your really cute, and funny" but i was satisfied. I wanna make my move, but i wanna do it the right way. I think the turnout would be favorable, but kinda curious what people think. Thoughts on my next step?
