Im pretty sure i threw up my birth control this morning, should i take another one?

i dont want to start breakthrough bleeding, my body is pretty sensitive. i got home at like 8am super drunk. took my bc, then headed to bed. bout 15 mins later, i threw up just once, didnt look for the pill, but im pretty sure it was there. how long do they take to absorb? should i take one more just to be safe? i might be having w my bf later too, what do you think?
