Craigslist personals?

So today I went to craigslist-Normally I only go on craigslist for job postings but today I kind of went off to the personal section just to have a laugh at the people on there BUT THEN....I stumbled on this guy who was actually really cute (There was a slight age difference though) and I'm tempted to reply. He wants the people who reply to send a pic of themselves which I do not plan on doing but I'm kind of curious to talk to him. Should I do it? I'm single but by doing this I feel like I'm acting desperate, WHICH I'M NOT! but he's really cute.
