After getting a vasectomy is this possible?

After having this surgery performed is it possible to insert a syringe in the testicle to retrieve sperm since it can not travel through the vas deferens any longer? Say you wanted kids a year , 5 or maybe 10 years after this surgery(Vasectomy) is the possible?
